Our group uses some of the email services provided by TOKAI Communications Corporation (hereinafter referred to as TOKAI Communications).
We would like to inform you that on Friday, December 19, 2025, we received a report from TOKAI Communications that their email service had been subject to unauthorized access.

Tokai Communications has explained to us that "the server that stores system logs was illegally accessed, which may have resulted in the leakage of email header information (email address and subject line)." If you receive a suspicious email, please exercise caution and delete it without opening it.
Please note that Tsumug Medical Co., Ltd., a member of our group, does not use the email service in question and is therefore not subject to this matter.

We deeply apologize for any concern and inconvenience caused to all those involved.
