To make our business objective of "contributing to community medicine" sustainable, we must always be trusted and needed by society, even in an age of rapid social change. Our corporate vision is to be number one in reliability, service proposal ability, and group strength. We aim to be the overwhelming number one medical equipment dealer and strive to maximize corporate value. To this end, it is crucial to build a management foundation for continuous growth in a non-personnel-oriented manner. Therefore, we will formulate management plans for human resources, customers, and finance and establish schemes suited to the times.

Regarding human resources, we will enhance employee engagement and productivity through an employment system that enables individual employees' self-fulfillment and strengthens human capital. For customers, we will focus on proposing custom-made solutions that match the characteristics of each medical institution and pursue higher value. In addition, we are working to improve our CSR activities by developing group-wide social contribution activities. Through these activities, we will maintain a profitable structure that allows for growth, enhance the comprehensive strength of the group, and contribute to solving increasingly complex and sophisticated regional medical issues.
