Message from the President

To ensure that our business objective of "contributing to local medical care" is sustainable, we must remain a company that is trusted and needed by society, even in an era of accelerating social change. Our group's corporate vision is to be number one in reliability, service proposal capabilities, and group strength, and we aim to maximize our corporate value by becoming the overwhelming number one medical equipment dealer. To achieve this, we believe it is important to build a management foundation that can continue to grow in a way that is not dependent on individuals, and we will formulate management plans based on the themes of human resources, customers, and finance, and build schemes for each that are in line with the times.
With regard to human resources, we aim to strengthen our human capital by increasing employee engagement and productivity through an employment system that enables individual employees to realize their potential. With regard to customers, we will pursue even greater value by focusing on proposing custom-made solutions tailored to the unique characteristics of each medical institution. We are also working to improve CSR, including by carrying out group-wide social contribution activities. Through these activities, we will enhance the group's overall strength by maintaining a profit structure that allows for growth, and contribute to resolving the increasingly complex and sophisticated challenges of regional medical care.
