As a company that handles medical devices that impact people’s lives and health, the Medius Group bears a responsibility to uphold and ensure high ethical standards, fairness, and transparency. We have established a Corporate Governance Policy to clarify the overall structure of our governance system and the basic principles for building our governance framework, as well as Compliance Guidelines to ensure strict adherence and promote ongoing awareness.
And based on the Transparency Guidelines for the Medical Device Industry and its Relationships with Medical Institutions and Other Organizations established by the Japan Federation of Medical Devices Associations, we appropriately manage conflicts of interest arising from collaborative activities with medical institutions and healthcare professionals and take measures to ensure high ethical standards and transparency.

In accordance with the rules of domestic stock exchanges, we describe the concept and system of corporate governance of the Company and post the submitted report.
Compliance Guidelines
All officers and employees to which we belong will comply with this guideline, always act with consideration for stakeholders such as shareholders, customers, business partners, employees, and local communities, and aim to be a corporate group trusted by society.
Internal Control
We have established a basic policy for internal control systems in order to ensure the appropriateness of the operations of the Medius Group, and to contribute to the strengthening and quality improvement of corporate governance. We will continue to make improvements through constant reviews.
Transparency Guidelines with Medical Institutions
We have formulated guidelines based on the "Guidelines for Transparency with Medical Institutions in the Medical Device Industry" of the Japan Medical Device Industry Association. We also disclose payment information made by each Group company to medical institutions.
Business Continuity Policy
As a response to various threats that may interrupt the business of our group, we have formulated a business continuity plan based on this policy and declare that we will make continuous improvements in response to environmental changes inside and outside the company.
