As a company that handles medical devices related to people's lives and health, MEDIUS Group has a responsibility to ensure high ethical standards, fairness, and transparency. We have established a "Corporate Governance Policy" to clarify the overall structure of our governance organization and the basic principles for building our governance system, and we have established "Compliance Guidelines" to ensure strict adherence to it and we are continuously working to raise awareness.
Furthermore, in accordance with the Japan Federation of Medical Devices Manufacturers Associations' "Guidelines for Transparency in the Medical Device Industry with Medical Institutions," we are taking measures to appropriately manage conflicts of interest arising from collaborative activities with medical institutions and healthcare professionals, thereby ensuring high ethical standards and transparency.

Internal Control
We have established a basic policy for internal control systems in order to ensure the appropriateness of the operations of the Medius Group, and to contribute to the strengthening and quality improvement of corporate governance. We will continue to make improvements through constant reviews.
Transparency Guidelines with Medical Institutions
We have formulated guidelines based on the "Guidelines for Transparency with Medical Institutions in the Medical Device Industry" of the Japan Medical Device Industry Association. We also disclose payment information made by each Group company to medical institutions.
Business Continuity Policy
As a response to various threats that may interrupt the business of our group, we have formulated a business continuity plan based on this policy and declare that we will make continuous improvements in response to environmental changes inside and outside the company.
