Business Continuity Policy
MEDIUS Holdings Co., Ltd. and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as "our group") are mainly engaged in the medical equipment sales business, solution business, and nursing care and welfare business. Since it is expected that the customers who use the Group's products and services will be greatly affected and lose their trust, we have adopted this policy as a response to various threats that could disrupt the Group's business. We have formulated a Business Continuity Plan (hereinafter referred to as "BCP") based on this policy, and declare that we will make continuous improvements in response to environmental changes both inside and outside the company.

(1) Prevention and correction of business interruption
Our group will take steps to prevent business interruptions by clearly defining the businesses that should be prioritized for continuation and recovery, thoroughly recognizing and analyzing the risks associated with business interruptions, taking necessary and reasonable control measures, and pre-defining emergency response systems and procedures to ensure that businesses can be restored within the target recovery time. Furthermore, we will take corrective action without delay when we detect any new threats that could affect business continuity.
The scope of application of the BCP within our group as of the current date (the last revision date of this policy) is as follows:

(2) Improving business continuity awareness and organizational response capabilities
In formulating our Business Continuity Plan (BCP), our group will comply with laws and regulations concerning business continuity, domestic and international guidelines, and other standards, and will contribute to achieving the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) by strengthening our resilience and adaptability to climate-related disasters and natural disasters.
(3) Compliance with laws, national guidelines and other norms
In formulating a BCP, the Group complies with laws and regulations related to business continuity, domestic and international guidelines, and other norms.

(5) Continuous improvement of BCP
We will continuously improve our BCP, which is formulated based on this policy, by fully considering changes in Our Business, social conditions, and the content of inquiries received from inside and outside the company.
