Selection process and criteria

Q: What is the selection process like?
A

After reviewing your application documents, we will conduct a first interview and a final interview. The interview process may vary slightly depending on the position you apply for. Additionally, aptitude tests may be conducted depending on the selection process.

Q: I'm currently employed and it's difficult to schedule appointments. Can I discuss this with you?
A

We generally ask that you schedule appointments between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays.

Q: Will the interview be online or in person?
A

The first interview is conducted online, and the final interview is generally conducted in person at our office. Please contact us if you have special circumstances, such as living far away.

Q: When will I be offered a salary and position?
A

Details will be provided in the job offer notification. Further information will be explained during the offer interview.

Q: Are there interviews for job offers?
A

Yes, we do. After you receive a job offer, we will conduct an offer interview to explain the job duties, conditions, and company policies.

Q: Can I discuss my start date?
A

The decision will be made after consultation following the job offer.

Work hours and working style

Q: Is there a probationary period? Will the terms of employment change during that period?
A

The probationary period is three months. There will be no changes to your salary or benefits during this period.

Q: How are the job duties determined after being assigned to a department?
A

The decision will be made based on your experience, aptitude, and the operational situation of the department you will be assigned to.

Q: What are your working hours?
A

We have implemented a flexible working hours system. We have a core time (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and a flexible time (7:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

Q: Is it possible to work from home (remote work)?
A

Depending on the workload, we incorporate remote work about once or twice a week.

Q: Are the seats fixed?
A

Our head office uses a free-address system.

Q: Are there any dress code requirements?
A

We primarily adhere to a business casual dress code.

Holidays and Vacations

Q: How many holidays are there per year?
A

We offer 120 days of annual leave. We have a complete two-day weekend system (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).

Q: Do you have year-end/New Year holidays and summer holidays?
A

We offer year-end and New Year holidays (December 30th to January 4th) and summer holidays (one day of your choice between June and October).

Q: When will I be granted paid leave?
A

Paid leave is granted on your first day of employment. We also have a system in place for accumulating annual paid leave.

Q: Is it easy to take paid leave?
A

It's an environment where it's easy to obtain certifications. We encourage planned acquisition.

Regarding allowances and employee benefits

Q: What kinds of allowances are available?
A

We offer various allowances, including family allowance, housing allowance, and location allowance. We also provide various other allowances to suit different lifestyles.

Q: Do you have a retirement allowance system?
A

We have a retirement allowance system in place, and employees can choose between a defined contribution (DC) pension plan or a lump-sum retirement payment.

Q: Are there any health or insurance-related systems in place?
A

We offer wellness leave for health reasons, GLTD insurance (income compensation in case of long-term inability to work due to illness or injury), and health checkups (some optional tests are free).

Q: What other employee benefits are available?
A

We provide support for internal communication, subsidies for meals and beverages, and more.
