We are pleased to announce that our consolidated subsidiary, Miull Healthcare, has entered into a basic agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Basic Agreement") with Hisense Yujin (Tianjin) Intelligent Display Medical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tianjin, China; President and CEO Medius Holdings Co., Ltd.: Wang Yufeng; hereinafter referred to as Hisense Yujin) on January 15, 2026, regarding the domestic sales of HISENSE MEDICAL brand medical monitors (4K/2K monitors for endoscopy, etc.) manufactured by Hisense Yujin.

Based on this basic agreement, the two companies will consider collaboration on the premise of establishing an exclusive sales system for MiuL Healthcare in Japan for HISENSE MEDICAL brand medical monitors. Based on the final agreement to be concluded in the future, MiuL Healthcare will promote sales and promotion activities for Japanese medical institutions and medical device dealers.

In recent years, with the increase in advanced medical procedures such as minimally invasive surgery, endoscopic surgery, and angiography, medical monitors that can accurately and stably visualize the surgical field have become increasingly important in Japanese medical settings. In operating rooms, treatment rooms, and examination rooms, there is a growing need for dedicated monitors that not only have high resolution and high brightness, but also appropriate color reproduction and display stability.

In this environment, Miuru Healthcare has agreed to collaborate with Hisense Eugene, which has strengths in the development and manufacturing of display technology and medical display devices, in order to strengthen its provision of high-quality medical display solutions that meet the needs of medical institutions. Going forward, the two companies will continue to discuss optimizing product lineups and sales channels based on the needs of the Japanese market.
