We are pleased to announce that our group company, Kuribara Medical Instruments Co.,Ltd. Store, has been highly praised for its initiatives and has been awarded the award. Tomotaro Morita, General Manager of the Digital Promotion Division, Planning Headquarters MEDIUS HD, will be taking the stage to present the case study as a winning company.


■Background to the award
Kuribara Medical Instruments Co.,Ltd. has introduced Neos Corporation's Office Bot, which it has named Miracle*Bot, in order to streamline information searches within the company and improve productivity.
Before the introduction, the system was such that employees did not know who to ask, and similar inquiries were made repeatedly, leading to differences in the way each employee responded, which increased the burden on each employee and reduced work efficiency.
After the implementation, all internal inquiries were consolidated into Miracle Bot (Office Bot), creating an environment where employees could obtain the information they needed themselves. This reduced the workload of staff and allowed them to focus on tasks that only humans can perform, leading to improved productivity across the organization.
Going forward, we will continue to conduct multifaceted analysis of conversation logs and monitor usage by department, and by making improvements based on the data, we will achieve high usage rates and stable adoption.

The Office Bot Success Award 2026 is an award sponsored by Neos Corporation.

Of the more than 500 Office Bot users, the awards will recognize companies that have contributed to achieving business improvements and maintaining high usage rates. Of these, only four companies will be selected to speak on stage to share their initiatives and success stories. Since the service began in 2016, Office Bot has helped many companies and organizations improve their business efficiency. This awards will be the first in-person event to share excellent use cases and know-how.
On the day, representatives from the winning companies will introduce specific initiatives and success processes, and provide tips on how to utilize AI and improve operations.
