Basic concept
(Submateriality)
As a corporate group supporting medical infrastructure, ensuring a stable supply of medical and nursing care equipment is a crucial mission. To fulfill this mission, we have identified specific sub-material issues.
- Select and supply products that are high-quality, safe, and reasonably priced
- Ensure rapid, stable delivery of supplies required for provision of medical and nursing care
- Create a structure for delivery of supplies that can respond to emergencies such as natural disasters or another infectious disease
- Join forces with our suppliers to fulfill our societal responsibilities and contribute to society
Promotion system
MEDIUS Group considers sustainability a key pillar and has established a "Sustainability Committee" and a "Sustainability Expert Committee."
The committee is chaired by President and CEO Medius Holdings Co., Ltd. and consists of members including the Executive Director responsible for sustainability, Executive Officers, and expert committee chairpersons. It is responsible for identifying material issues, formulating strategies and targets, managing and evaluating the progress of measures, and deploying them throughout the group.
Medium- to long-term vision and indicators
We have established a medium- to long-term vision and indicators for materiality. Going forward, we will incorporate materiality into our sustainability action plan and promote sustainability activities across the entire Group.
