Persistent Medical Care.
Fulfilling that mission alongside our corporate values.

Under the mission of "Persistent Medical Care," MEDIUS Holdings has expanded its business base and continued to grow through business integration and M&A. In order to continue fulfilling this mission into the future, it is essential to invest not only in the stable supply to medical facilities but also in the logistics and systems that support it. And we believe that building solid profitability, which will be the source of these funds, is a crucial responsibility of management.

The medical device dealer industry is undergoing a period of significant transformation, driven by healthcare system reforms, stricter hospital management regulations, and rising logistics costs. The industry, once comprised of approximately 2,000 companies, has now dwindled to around 1,000, and further consolidation and oligopoly are expected.

Within this context, our group will continue to expand its business base in both regional and sectoral areas through M&A and alliances. Our aim is not merely to increase scale, but to achieve both stable supply and efficiency, and to strengthen the very foundation that supports regional healthcare. Leveraging our group's strengths—our business base centered in the Tokyo metropolitan area, investments in logistics and systems, and governance as a listed company—we are also working on redesigning group functions, such as decentralizing and enhancing logistics functions, joint distribution, strengthening overseas procurement routes for medical materials, and supporting manufacturers' sales and new product introductions.

In addition to expanding sales volume, we will thoroughly implement management that prioritizes profitability. We aim for 10% annual growth in consolidated operating profit, and will manage growth for each business company based on operating profit margin and gross profit margin. In addition, we will work to maintain a dividend payout ratio of 30% or more and improve our PBR to below 1.

Going forward, we will further refine our analysis of the risks and returns of each business and enhance the transparency of our management decisions. We will also fulfill our accountability and consider the sustainable enhancement of corporate value as a management responsibility. Based on the understanding and trust of our stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, we will strive to achieve this goal.

Our mission is to continue fulfilling our commitment to "Persistent Medical Care." Furthermore, we believe that achieving both sustainable growth and enhanced corporate value is our responsibility.
